Our Shipping Protection service offers added peace of mind for your order. 

Customers who subscribe to our Shipping Protection service will be eligible for a refund of the affected item(s) and the corresponding portion of the shipping fee in cases where the package is partially damaged, or a full refund including shipping costs if the order is entirely lost or damaged during transit (applies only after verification by our Customer Support team).
