Feather Safety Razor - High Quality Stainless Steel Men's Razor with Stand and 2 Blades Made in Japan

I bought a new cartridge razor a few months ago and was really disappointed with the results. I experimented with an old double edged razor and finding I could get a better shave with it, I decided to invest in a high end razor. I looked at the models specialist shaving retailers in Britain were offering and the Feather AS-D2 seemed to be well regarded but expensive. I found Kiichin were offering the razor with a stand and in a presentation pack for a lot less than the razor on its own from any other source I could find. Kiichin kept me informed about the expected delivery date but in fact the razor arrived about a week earlier than they originally said so I was very pleased with their service.
The razor itself is beautifully designed and engineered and just oozes quality. With some things, you know that perfection has been achieved not when there is nothing left to add but when there are no unnecessary features to take away.
Shaving with it is a pleasure and 2 passes with it gives a noticeably closer shave than any cartridge razor I have ever used.
