These cutting boards feature a unique wood-core structure that makes them lightweight yet highly rigid. With four plastic layers, you can easily peel off the outer board when it gets old or worn out. The boards also come with color-coded labels for easy identification and to prevent cross-contamination. Winner of the 1992 Good Design Award, these cutting boards are safe for use with boiled water, chlorine/oxygen bleach, and UV exposure.
