It took almost a month to receive my items. When I took the time to contact them and ask them for a status on delivery I was told they had experienced a delay. I pointed out that it would be helpful and actually professional to let me know by email or text or fax anything that it would be late. Maybe I am too demanding on a purchase I made and must quietly wait without knowing anything about my order? I will let this go and see what happens next time.
