I have several of the original Pilot Slim Knock pens that I bought in the late ‘90’s. However, I have been unable to find refills for them for a long time. The refills that I just received are perfect, and my pens are back in service. The pens are great because they are small and lightweight. They are perfect for carrying in a pocket, and carrying them removes the risk of losing one of my good pens while I’m out and about. I wish they had red refills for this pen, but I can’t find them anywhere.
