Position the stove on a firm, level, heat-resistant surface where there is sufficient ventilation. Fit a compatible Iwatani cassette gas cylinder with the magnet attachment system, then rotate the ignition knob to begin piezoelectric ignition. Arrange food on the cooking dish and adjust the heat during cooking as required. Once finished, allow the stove and dish to cool completely before removing the gas cylinder or washing, and observe the appliance and gas-cylinder safety instructions.

Cleaning should begin only after the stove and cooking dish have cooled completely. Clean the main unit with a soft cloth lightly moistened with water, and care for the cooking plate in line with guidance for its fluorine resin-treated coating. Store the appliance dry and away from heat, while avoiding harsh and abrasive cleaning products. Take out the cassette gas cylinder after cooking and manage it according to its safety instructions.
