1. Fill the pot with enough water to cover all the rice, then gently stir 1 to 2 times with the soft tip. 2. Align the handle indentation with the pot rim and use the center slit to quickly drain the water. 3. Do not pour water in too quickly, or it may overflow. 4. Stir about 20 times without water. 5. Add water and stir once. 6. Discard the water.

This rice washer is dishwasher safe. Do not place it near fire or in high-temperature areas. When using an inner pot, follow the instructions in your rice cooker manual.
